Job Summary:
You will be part of the high-growth expansion team at Feedx Foods, a rapidly scaling food and beverage company with an ambitious nationwide expansion vision. Feedx Foods is focused on building a robust franchise network across Tier-1 and select Tier-2 cities. This role is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding the right franchise partners while driving strategic outlet expansion across multiple formats. The position blends sales acumen with relationship management to grow the franchise ecosystem, uphold brand standards, and ensure long-term franchise partner success.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and qualify franchise leads through digital marketing initiatives, trade shows, referrals, and proactive outreach
Conduct discovery calls and detailed needs assessments with prospective franchise partners
Present franchise prospects through engaging presentations, meetings, and one-on-one discussions
Guide prospects through the franchise agreement, compliance requirements, and due diligence process
Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, reporting, and forecasting using CRM tools




Build and nurture strong relationships with franchise brokers, consultants, and cross-functional internal teams
Support current franchise partners during onboarding and pre-opening stages to ensure a smooth launch
Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms to drive visibility and lead generation
Analyze market trends and territory data to provide insights for expansion planning and sales strategy development

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred)
2 to 7 years of successful sales experience, ideally in franchising, business development, or B2B sales
Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
Hands-on experience with CRM systems and structured sales process management
Strong understanding of financial concepts, business models, and investment evaluation
Familiarity with franchise regulations and disclosure requirements is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and modern sales and CRM technology platforms
