We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Maintenance Engineer to support the maintenance of machinery, electrical systems, and plant equipment at our Periyapalayam facility. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
Assist in maintaining motors, pumps, electrical panels, wiring, and other industrial equipment, as applicable.
Monitor equipment performance and ensure smooth plant operations.
Carry out regular inspections to identify potential equipment failures.
Coordinate with the production team to minimise machine downtime.
Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and breakdown reports.
Follow workplace safety procedures and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.
Assist in the installation, repair, and servicing of machinery.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering trade.
02 years of experience in industrial maintenance; freshers can also apply.
Basic knowledge of machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
Willingness to learn and work in a plant/manufacturing setting.
Positive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work effectively with the maintenance and production teams.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates residing in or around Periyapalayam, Tiruvallur, and nearby areas.
Candidates with hands-on knowledge of electrical or mechanical maintenance will have an advantage.
