Key Responsibilities
Configure, manage, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise firewalls and network security devices.
Manage firewall policies, security rules, NAT policies, VPNs, and access controls.
Perform firewall rule creation, modification, cleanup, and periodic rule reviews.
Troubleshoot network and security-related incidents involving connectivity, routing, VPN, DNS, and firewall policies.
Support Site-to-Site and Remote Access VPN configurations and troubleshooting.
Analyze network traffic and security logs to identify suspicious activity and determine root cause.
Work on security incidents, service requests, change requests, and problem management activities.
Perform firmware/software upgrades and security patching of network security appliances.




Coordinate with Network, SOC, Infrastructure, Cloud, Application, and Cybersecurity teams for issue resolution.
Participate in planned network/security changes and maintenance activities.
Perform RCA for recurring or critical network security incidents.
Maintain technical documentation, configuration details, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.
Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and established change-management processes.
Participate in rotational/on-call support where required.
