Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent guest experiences, manage staff, and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise FOH and BOH teams, including staffing, training, and performance.
Maintain service standards, food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance.
Monitor sales, inventory, food costs, wastage, and operational expenses.
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, grooming standards, and brand guidelines.
Coordinate with kitchen, purchase, and finance teams for operational efficiency.
Drive revenue through upselling, customer engagement, and cost control.
Experience: 58 years in restaurant operations, preferably in fine-dining restaurants.
