Role & Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for frontline, technical, and managerial roles across automotive manufacturing, engineering, and logistics functions.
Manage full-cycle recruitment—from job profiling to offer closure—within defined SLAs for high-volume hiring campaigns.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, workforce planning needs, and talent benchmarks specific to the automotive sector.
Conduct candidate interviews, reference checks, and onboarding coordination while maintaining compliance with local labor laws.
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter,



Naukri, and internal ATS to build talent pipelines and track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire).
Organize and coordinate client-site interviews, plant visits, and mass hiring drives across multiple Indian locations.
