Import Operations & Coordination
Handle complete import cycle from purchase order to final delivery.
Coordinate with overseas suppliers/ forwarder regarding Goods readiness, ETD, ETA, and documents.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and CHAs.
Prepare, verify, and manage import documents including:
Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Bill of Lading (BL / HBL / MBL)
Certificate of Origin, etc
Insurance Policy
Ensure correctness of HS Code, assessable value, CIF value, and duty structure.
Costing & MIS
Prepare and maintain import cost sheets, including:
Freight
Insurance
Customs Duty
CHA charges
Transport & other landing costs
