Responsibilities
Handle a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs), Equity RMs Partner Alliances.
Train, Motivate & get productivity from the team.
Acquisition of Franchisee, IFA (Independent Financial Advisors) & Remisers.
Build rapport with these Partners (APs & DGs) & help them on-board their clients across products.
Conduct training of Partners for all our products across Direct Equity & Investment products (like Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), AIFs, Insurance, Bond, Fixed Deposit) with the help of products & training team.
Ensure best services to partners.
Help distributors on joint calls.
Organise seminar/webinar for the partners of his/her cluster.

Location - Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi, Kolkata, Pune, Lucknow, Jaipur, Indore, Kochi, Trivendrum
