Duties & Responsibilities
Blasting of substrates, fixtures and machine parts
Involve in maintenance activities of blasting machines
Fixture maintenance
Adherence to all safety requirements
Ensure all process and activity is done as per QMS & EMS standard
Maintain safety,5S & discipline within department
Working for continous improvement & excellence in performance of function
Oversee failures and Inititate preventive Action and Suggest Improvement Ideas.
Required education, experience, knowledge
Must be diploma in mechanical Engineering Fresher or min with 6 months to 2 years of work experience in blasting operation surface preparation process in coating industry.
Customer oriented approach.
Positive communication and skills
Open and positive mindset
Must be ready to work for 6 days with 3 rotational shifts
Must be ready to relocate to Tumkur (Karnataka)
