Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month

We are looking for a skilled and creative Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid advertising, campaign optimization, lead generation, and digital marketing analytics.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Drive traffic, leads, and conversions while maximizing ROI.
Monitor campaign performance, budgets, KPIs, and analytics.
Manage audience targeting, remarketing, and A/B testing.
Coordinate with SEO, design, and content teams to improve campaign performance.




Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth prospects.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
Solid analytical, communication, and creative skills.
Experience managing paid media campaigns and tracking campaign performance.
