Designation – Senior Executive
Experience: 5–8 Years
Location: Mumbai – Corporate Office (Nariman Point/Worli), with travel to plant/factory locations as required.

Reporting To: Manager – Human Resources
Job Purpose: To independently execute recruitment and HR generalist activities for corporate functions and plant/factory operations, ensuring timely manpower fulfilment, smooth HR operations, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance support etc. The incumbent will work under the guidance of the Manager – HR and ensure effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and processes across assigned locations

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle:
Payroll & Compensation Coordination
Statutory Compliance & Labour Law Support.
Plant/Factory HR Coordination:
Performance Management & Employee Engagement:
HR MIS & Reporting
3. Educational Qualification




MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
Graduate in any discipline.
Additional certification in labour laws, payroll, recruitment, or HR operations would be an advantage.
4. Experience & Competencies
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in HR generalist activities and recruitment.
- Prior experience in corporate hiring and plant/factory recruitment preferred.
- Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and Maharashtra statutory compliance requirements.
- Practical exposure to HR operations, payroll coordination, employee lifecycle management, and HR MIS.
- Valuable communication, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS/HRIS, and recruitment portals.
- Ability to independently manage assigned activities, prioritize deliverables, and escalate issues appropriately.
