Certified PEGA Senior System Architect (CSSA) – Mandatory
Pega Smart Investigate and Payments domain experience - Mandatory
Understanding of banking investigation processes
Exposure to Banking systems and SWIFT messaging workflows
Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs, PEGA Queue Processors, Services, Connectors, and asynchronous processing
Ability to leverage AI features for faster development and quality improvements
Design, develop, and configure PEGA applications using Smart Investigate.
Build and manage end-to-end case lifecycles, flows, assignments, and validations.
Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Lead and mentor PEGA development teams; perform design and code reviews.
Implement and support Smart Investigation for Securities use cases aligned with banking and regulatory processes.
Implement asynchronous processing using PEGA Queue Processors.
Participate in and support SWIFT-related banking transaction workflows and investigations.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum setting.
Support production releases, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
