Role & responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and available capacity.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure timely execution of the production schedule.
Monitor actual production against the plan and adjust schedules as needed.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Production Management, or related field.
Diploma in Production Planning / Supply Chain Management is an advantage.
2–5 years of experience in PPIC, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing industry.
Robust knowledge of production planning, MRP, and inventory control.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and coordination abilities.
Knowledge of GMP and ISO standards.
