Overall leadership in Bid process management and procurement support.
Prepare procurement plans and bid timelines for PPP projects.
Draft and review RFQs, RFPs, bid schedules, evaluation criteria, and procurement documentation.
Support end-to-end bidding processes for MYAS-led PPP projects.
Manage bidder queries, clarifications, pre-bid meetings, and procurement communications.
Assist in technical and financial bid evaluations.
Ensure procurement compliance with GoI, GeM, GFR, and PPP guidelines.
Develop evaluation matrices and scoring methodologies.
Support contract award and concessionaire onboarding processes.
Maintain procurement records and audit-ready documentation.
