Experienced in using AI tools such as Copilot to enhance productivity, research, and content development. Robust capability in coordinating with multiple internal departments to drive structured follow-ups and task execution. Positive understanding of the skill development ecosystem, including its operating landscape and key stakeholders. Ability to leverage industry connect for information gathering, market understanding, and supporting consulting deliverables.
