Key Responsibilities
Lead technical discovery and translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures.
Define system integrations, APIs, data flows, security standards, and cloud architecture.
Prepare architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution blueprints.
Review technical designs, identify risks, and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and production-ready.
Guide engineering teams on technical decisions and complex implementation challenges.
Maintain architecture governance and collaborate with Product Engineering teams.

Required Skills
8+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery, including 3+ years in solution or integration architecture.
Robust expertise in APIs, event-driven integration,



cloud architecture, identity management, and data design.
Positive understanding of security, system integration, and production operations.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
Experience with Salesforce, Genesys Cloud, or similar CRM/contact-center platforms.

Education - Any Graduate in Any Specialization
