Key Responsibilities
Lead design systems, typography hierarchy, component libraries, and interactive prototyping in Figma.
Conduct user testing sessions with HR leaders and candidates to refine navigation and flow.
Partner closely with frontend engineers to ensure 1:1 fidelity in implementation.

Requirements & Qualifications




4+ years designing complex B2B SaaS applications or consumer-grade web experiences.
Mastery of Figma, design systems, auto-layout, and interactive prototyping.
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale clearly.
