Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Trainee to support the HR team in managing day-to-day employee-related activities. The candidate will get practical exposure to HR operations, employee documentation, onboarding, recruitment coordination, and HR administration.

Roles & Responsibilities
Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Collect and verify employee documents.
Assist with attendance and leave management.
Support recruitment and interview coordination.
Respond to basic employee queries.
Prepare HR reports, trackers, and documents.
Coordinate with employees and different departments.




Assist with training and employee engagement activities.
Support payroll-related data collection and coordination.
Assist with employee exit and documentation processes.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Perform other HR administrative tasks assigned by the HR team.

Required Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR functions.
MS Excel and MS Office knowledge.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
