Job Description – Accountant (Fresher)

Position: Accountant – Fresher
Department: Accounts & Finance
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
Location: Chennai

Job Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounting records and financial documents.
Enter purchase, sales, receipt, and payment transactions.
Assist with Tally / accounting software and Excel work.
Prepare invoices, bills, and payment records.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
Assist in bank reconciliation and basic accounting activities.
Check bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Maintain proper filing of accounts-related documents.
Assist the senior accountant with monthly reports and other accounting tasks.
Coordinate with other departments for required financial information.

Requirements:
B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or related qualification.
Freshers can apply.
