Role & responsibilities
Manage material inward, checking, GRN and proper storage.
Ensure accurate SKU-wise inventory, bin/location management and stock counting.
Execute picking, packing and dispatch within defined TAT.
Update inward, stock movements, transfers, returns and dispatches in Business Central/WMS.
Identify and report stock variance, damages, ageing and non-moving inventory to the respective Warehouse Manager.
Handle returns and support physical vs. system stock reconciliation.
Coordinate with Procurement, QC, Planning, Finance and Logistics as required.
Maintain warehouse housekeeping, 5S, safety and proper product identification.
Support peak-season requirements and urgent dispatches.
Follow warehouse SOPs and support process improvement initiatives.
