Responsibility
Execute outbound telemarketing campaigns to promote products/services and generate leads or sales.
Utilize scripts and communication strategies effectively to engage prospects.
Identify and qualify potential leads through targeted research and calls.
Gather relevant information to determine prospects' needs and interest levels.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations, highlighting product advantages and addressing inquiries.
Build rapport and establish relationships to enhance customer engagement.




Develop a deep understanding of the products/services offered to communicate value propositions convincingly.
Employ persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into qualified prospects or sales.
Address objections and position solutions effectively.
Maintain accurate and updated records of interactions and outcomes in CRM systems.
Provide regular updates on call outcomes, leads generated, and sales achieved.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with campaigns and strategies.

Requirements
Eductaion: Any Degree
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Solid negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Customer-focused mindset and empathy.
Active listening and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and call center tools.
