Job Description Senior Consultant (Talent Development)

Qualification & Experience
Postgraduate degree in Sports Management, Sports Coaching, Physical Education, or an equivalent management discipline.
Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience.
Experience in sports talent identification and development programs.

Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and implementation of Talent Identification (TID) assessment camps, trials, and protocols.
Coordinate with coaches, Khelo India teams, National Sports Federations (NSFs), and other stakeholders.
Monitor athlete onboarding, performance, development, and training compliance.
Develop and update sport-specific curricula, SOPs, monitoring reports, and athlete development plans.
Support the integration of sports science, analytics, and athlete management systems into talent development programs.




Monitor Khelo India training facilities and coordinate athlete and coach education initiatives.
Conduct research on sports development best practices and prepare reports, presentations, and concept notes.

Required Skills
Solid understanding of India's sports talent identification and development ecosystem.
Knowledge of sports science, analytics, and athlete monitoring systems.
Proficiency in MS Office, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Government, PSUs, or autonomous bodies.
Sports analytics certification or sport-specific coaching qualification.
