Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Telecaller to handle customer payment follow-ups, outstanding dues, and collection coordination. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding pending payments, maintaining payment records, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining professional customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups and outstanding dues.
Remind customers about overdue invoices and upcoming payment deadlines.
Coordinate with customers to confirm payment dates and resolve payment-related queries.
Follow up through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure timely collections.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection status.
Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales teams regarding pending payments and disputes.




Prepare daily follow-up reports and outstanding payment status updates.
Escalate delayed payments and long-pending dues to the concerned manager.
Maintain qualified communication and good customer relationships.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and telephone handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry.
Ability to follow up persistently and professionally.
Valuable coordination, negotiation, and record-keeping skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer follow-ups and meet collection targets.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
Experience: 13 years in telecalling, payment follow-up, accounts receivable, or collections preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
Experience in B2B payment follow-ups or invoice collection will be an advantage.
