Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email and chats
provide accurate product information and customer support.
process customer orders and track deliveries.
coordinate with internal departmetns for smooth order execution.
maintain customer records and ensure timely follow-ups
resolve customer queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tool
Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.
Ability to multitask, stay organized and work effectively in a team
Candidate preferred staying @ kharadi, viman nagar , chandan nagar, wagholi, lonikand, koregoan Bima, Hadapsar- Magarpatta
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
