Job Roles and Responsibilities
Managing the day-to-day accounting operations
Preparing Sales Invoices, E-Invoice, E-way Bills & Proforma Invoice
Knowledge of Credit Note & Debit Note.
Preparing Purchase order & Sales order in Tally ERP Prime.
Prepare Sales Invoice according to company practices, submits invoices to customers
Experience with complex accounting systems Tally ERP and Excel
Knowledge of TDS & TCS.
Entering recent approved clients/matters, set-up client groups, review of engagement letters, monitoring and updating client/matter maintenance for the time and billing database
Posting Purchase Bills entry.

Desired Candidate Profile
Advance knowledge of MS Excel & Tally ERP Prime.
Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting procedures.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Solid ethics and an ability to manage confidential data.
Understanding in Accounting principles, Finance, Taxation and Banking
