We are looking for a confident and skilled Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to join our team for customer communication and support related to our nutraceutical products.

Responsibilities:
Call customers and provide product and order-related information.
Explain company-approved product information clearly and professionally.
Follow up with customers regarding their orders.
Provide shipment and delivery updates.
Share tracking details with customers through WhatsApp or phone.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team when required.
Maintain customer call and follow-up records.

Requirements:




Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident and polite telephone communication.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable using WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets.
Valuable follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Telecalling, customer support, sales, or nutraceutical/pharma experience is an advantage.
Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome.

Key: Candidates should be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and following a company-provided communication/product information script.
