Manage product listings on the company website and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Create and update product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
Process and monitor daily orders, returns, cancellations, and exchanges.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Track inventory levels and prevent stock-outs.
Monitor marketplace performance and maintain account health.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and discounts.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
Analyze sales reports and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with the marketing team for product launches and promotional activities.
Ensure accurate product data and maintain catalog quality.
