erform daily rounds and assess admitted patients.
Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and clinical progress of patients.
Implement treatment plans prescribed by consultants/specialists .
Respond to medical emergencies in the ward .
Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation .
Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other departments for patient care.
Order and interpret lab tests, imaging, and diagnostic procedures .
Ensure timely medication administration and follow-up.
Prepare discharge summaries and patient reports .
Counsel patients and families regarding treatment and care plans .
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
