Core Responsibilities
Patient Assessment & Monitoring : Conduct initial assessments, monitor vital signs, and track physical and mental health status.
Treatment Administration : Prepare and administer medications (oral, IV, topical) and perform wound care, catheterization, and other clinical procedures.
Care Planning : Collaborate with physicians and specialists to develop, implement, and adjust individualized nursing care plans.
Emergency Response : Identify life-threatening situations and initiate immediate life-saving protocols or ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
Documentation : Maintain accurate, real-time electronic health records (EHR) regarding patient observations, interventions, and responses.
Patient Advocacy : Act as a bridge between the patient and the medical team, ensuring the patient’s needs and rights are respected.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹39,386.82 per month
