Job Title: Outbound Calling & Sales Intern (MBA Graduate)Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic MBA graduates to join our team as Outbound Calling & Sales Interns . This role offers hands-on experience in lead generation, sales, and client relationship management . The interns will support our sales and business development team by making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with prospects, and assisting in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads
Introduce company products/services and explain key advantages
Assist the sales team in scheduling meetings, demos, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and lead status in CRM
Support sales strategy by providing market feedback and insights
Help achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead generation and sales activities
Collaborate with the team to implement sales campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Administration preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills




Robust interpersonal and negotiation skills
Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Result-oriented with the ability to work independently

Preferred Skills
Prior internship in sales, telecalling, or business development
Understanding of lead generation and sales process
Confidence and persuasive communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting

Internship Details
Duration : 6 months
Location : Pune or Remote
Working Days : Monday to Friday Learning Outcomes :
