HR Manager Job Overview

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the human resources function within Nakhrali. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.

Responsibilities
Recruitment :
Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies.
Training & Development :
Identify training needs and develop effective training programs.
Conduct training sessions for employees and managers.
Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
Employee Relations :
Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Manage employee performance and disciplinary actions.
Benefits Administration :
Administer employee perks programs.
Process enrollments, changes, and terminations.




Answer employee questions regarding advantages.

Requirements
Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Experience : 1+ years of HR management experience.
Skills :
Strong knowledge of HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Special Requirements
