Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and provide prompt, skilled assistance.
Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
Provide accurate information regarding products/services.
Maintain proper call records and follow company processes.
Meet quality and customer-service standards.
Requirements
Fluent English communication is mandatory.
Prior experience in voice/call process is mandatory.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
