About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, taxation, reconciliations, invoicing, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Zoho Books and Tally, along with good Excel skills and a solid understanding of GST, TDS, sales, purchase, and logistics-related accounting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Perform Bank Reconciliation and maintain accurate bank records.
Maintain and reconcile customer and vendor ledgers.
Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO).
Handle sales and purchase entries, invoices, and related documentation.
Generate and manage E-Invoices and E-Way Bills.
Handle GST-related accounting, reconciliation, and compliance support.
Handle TDS-related entries, deductions, and records.
Prepare and maintain Trial Balance and assist in month-end closing activities.




Ensure proper accounting of expenses, purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Coordinate and maintain records related to logistics, dispatches, transportation, and delivery documentation.
Reconcile customer/vendor balances and identify discrepancies.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers, and logistics partners whenever required.
Assist in preparing financial reports and MIS as required by management.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Zoho Books and Tally, strong Excel knowledge, and the ability to independently handle accounting operations, GST/TDS, invoicing, reconciliations, and logistics-related documentation.
