Job Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and customizations according to business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Implement and manage Salesforce features including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builders.
Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages to meet client needs.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and design patterns.
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues in a timely manner.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and updates to leverage current features and functionality.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.




Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security models.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with Salesforce integration techniques and data management tools.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cooperative development settings.

Preferred Skills:
Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect, or Administrator.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD for Salesforce deployments.
Experience with Salesforce communities and portals.
Understanding of data architecture and database concepts.
