Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers, understand their needs, provide product information, and resolve complaints efficiently.
Operations Management: Manage, train, and motivate sales staff, including scheduling and delegating tasks.
Transactions: Process payments accurately (cash/card), manage the cash drawer, and reconcile daily sales.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, order, and replenish merchandise or supplies, ensuring products are well-displayed.
Maintenance: Ensure the counter area, displays, and equipment are clean, organized, and adhere to safety standards.
Reporting: Track and report daily sales figures, inventory discrepancies, and operational issues to the manager.

Pay: ₹18,455.00 - ₹28,755.00 per month
