Key Responsibilities
Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally

Prepare and update reports, trackers, and documentation
Ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint

Who Should Apply?
Graduates from any discipline
6 months to 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Operations :
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills :
Comfortable handling calls and customer interactions
Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Passionate about customer satisfaction and long-term career growth
