Roles and Responsibilities :
Handle and convert current leads by engaging promptly, explaining services, and scheduling




appointments; maintain accurate lead tracking and monitor conversion outcomes.
Provide timely customer support for pre
and post-appointment queries, ensuring adherence to
response and resolution SLAs.
Coordinate effectively with clinic front desk teams, veterinarians, and at-home service teams to
ensure smooth operations and information flow.
Identify and escalate operational bottlenecks, contributing to ongoing process improvements.
