Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, offers, and company policies.
Follow up with customers as required and maintain regular communication.
Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM or reporting system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Prepare and submit daily call reports and performance updates.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
