We’re looking for a Customer Care Executive who enjoys helping people and can handle customer queries with patience and professionalism. The main focus of this role is to ensure every customer has a smooth and satisfying experience with our brand.

Key Responsibilities :
Resolve complaints and provide quick, accurate solutions
Maintain a friendly and helpful tone in all interactions
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
Coordinate with internal teams for order, product, or service updates
Keep records of customer interactions and feedback

Requirements :
Valuable communication skills (Hindi & English; local language is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Ability to stay calm and polite under pressure
Customer-first attitude and problem-solving mindset
Prior customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory

Goal : Deliver prompt support and create a positive experience so customers feel valued and satisfied every time they interact with us.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
