Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to generate new business opportunities, connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, and support the sales team in converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent leads and develop business opportunities.
Contact customers, understand requirements, and follow up on enquiries and quotations.
Coordinate with Sales Engineers, Production, PPC, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch for customer requirements and order status.
Support Sales Engineers in customer follow-ups and daily sales activities.
Maintain enquiry, quotation, order, customer, and follow-up records in MS Excel.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, MIS,



and Sales Engineer-wise trackers.
Follow up for pending quotations, orders, production status, and dispatch.
Maintain good customer relationships and ensure timely communication.
Support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
Knowledge of industrial products/cutting tools will be an advantage.

Qualification

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. (Mechanical) or MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
