Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar via POS systems or tickets, and serve items in a timely manner.
Table & Area Setup: Prepare dining spaces before service (setting tables, arranging seating, inspecting linens and condiments) and explicit, clean, and reset tables afterward.
Service Quality: Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, handle special requests or complaints with grace, and coordinate smoothly with kitchen and bar teams.
Billing & Payments: Present bills, process customer payments, and handle cash or card transactions accurately.
Health and Safety: Follow food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations at all times.
