Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and networking.

Negotiate property deals and assist clients throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams for smooth transactions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and sales activities in the CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, property prices, and recent project launches.
