Daily Operations Management: Supervising daily transactions, cash management, documentation, and reporting to ensure zero-error operations. Customer Service & Support: Resolving customer complaints and queries, providing quality service, and improving customer satisfaction. Compliance & Risk: Ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines (e.g., RBI) and internal bank policies, including security protocols. Team Leadership: Training, supervising, and coaching branch staff. Reporting & MIS: Preparing daily/monthly MIS reports and managing documentation.
