Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall daily operations of the mall to ensure smooth and productive functioning.
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other operational teams.
Monitor cleanliness, safety, and security standards throughout the premises.
Build and maintain robust relationships with retail tenants, brand partners, and other stakeholders.
Address tenant concerns and ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with all mall policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.
Lead, motivate, and develop on-site teams to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).




Minimum 3 years of experience in mall management, retail operations, facility management, hospitality, or a similar leadership role.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and solve operational issues efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills.
