Job Overview: We are hiring Customer Success Associates for the International Voice Process supporting. The role involves assisting customers over calls, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle international customer calls and provide prompt resolutions.
Assist customers with account-related queries and service requests.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Follow company policies and process guidelines while handling interactions.
Maintain proper documentation of customer conversations.

Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience:



Minimum 6 months of International Voice Process experience
BFSI experience will be an added advantage
Excellent English communication skills and verbal fluency required

Interview Process: HR Round → Operations Round → Client Round → Versant Assessment

Salary : Up to ₹32,000 CTC per month
