Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries related to loans, EMIs, repayments, statements, and account details.
Register customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Follow up with customers regarding pending documents or service requests.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines.
Deliver high customer satisfaction while maintaining service quality.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
