Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to qualified leads and respond to inbound inquiries regarding insurance products.
Promote and explain insurance plans (e.g., Health, Life) based on customer needs.
Assess client needs and provide accurate policy information and quotes.
Follow up on leads, maintain customer records, and update CRM systems.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
