Salary

CTC : Up to ₹4.10 LPA

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
Resolve customer queries while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Deliver excellent customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Accurately document customer interactions and follow company processes.
Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.





Eligibility
Minimum 12 months of International BPO/Customer Support experience .
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Comfortable working in 24×7 rotational shifts .
Robust customer service and problem-solving skills.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
