Job Title: E-commerce Catalogue Executive (Apparel/Fashion)

Job Overview

We are looking for a sharp, agile, and detail-oriented Catalogue Executive with 1 year to 2 year of experience specializing in fashion/apparel e-commerce. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience listing products across major fashion marketplaces like Shopify, Myntra, Nykaa, and Ajio. A deep understanding of apparel attributes and advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including shortcuts for speed) are mandatory for this role.

Key Skills: Advanced Excel Shortcuts, Bulk Listing Templates, Apparel Attributes

Roles & Responsibilities
End-to-End Listing: Upload and manage product listings on Shopify, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, Amazon, and Flipkart within strict timelines.
Template Management: Master and execute platform-specific bulk upload sheets, flat files, and backend creation templates.
Apparel Data Accuracy: Ensure 100% precision in cataloging by applying specific apparel attribute knowledge across Men's and Women's categories (e.g., Fabric types, Prints, Silhouettes/Shapes, Patterns,



and Necklines).
Data Maintenance: Maintain real-time, error-free product data and update internal daily trackers diligently.
Error Resolution: Promptly identify, troubleshoot, and fix cataloguing errors, suppressed listings, or quality check (QC) failures on vendor portals.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with design, warehouse, and inventory teams to gather missing product details and images for smooth catalog completion.

Key Requirements & Skills
Industry Experience: Must come from an Apparel/Fashion background with a strong grasp of garment terminologies.
Excel Power User: Exceptional proficiency in MS Excel. Must be highly fast and effective with Excel shortcut keys, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Concatenate, Text-to-Columns, and data cleaning techniques.
Speed & Accuracy: Ability to handle high-volume data uploads quickly without compromising on a 100% accuracy rate.
Smart & Proactive: Solid problem-solving skills to navigate portal glitches and marketplace guidelines independently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
