Duties & Responsibilities :
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product features.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
Support upsell Cross sell activities.

Required Skills & Abilities :
Excellent communication in Hindi & English
Robust interpersonal and soft skills.
Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism.

Educational Qualification :
Graduate / Undergraduates.

Experience : Experience in Inbound / Outbound calling campaigns preferred.
