Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day management of e-commerce marketplace accounts and product listings.
Help maintain accurate product information, pricing, inventory updates, images, and promotional details.
Monitor orders, customer queries, reviews, and basic marketplace performance metrics.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve listing, fulfilment, and account-related issues.
Assist with competitor checks, sales reporting, and improvements to the online buying experience for customers in rural markets.
